Continued to label an eastern direction as north. Also, seemed to need Internet access for location purposes. Not gonna work if Im lost in the wilderness. Maybe Im missing something, but since there was no guidance on using the app, I deleted it.

I like the different skins, and it seems to work beautifully. Showing both true north and magnetic north is a great touch.

This may be a great app, however I have iOS 6 and even though the specs read that it’s compatible, it crashes immediately. Normally the process would be for me to go to the developer website and send them an email for a possible solution, however I don’t see any support option or availability other than a telephone number - really??? So, app crashes upon launch plus the inability to contact developer makes for a poor rating.

Handy app for us fellow urban explorers trying to negotiate *yet another round* of just plain sadistic freeway construction signage. Oh, and shrieking eels. Oh - and also never getting involved in a land war in Asia. To rote: this app saved me from making an innocent wrongful merge that would have menacingly diverted me away from a major highway to have wound up in freakin Oklahoma, if I didnt immediately re-learn my "North from my South". [SHRUG.] Everyone should know how to use a compass, read a map, and follow directions which isnt "life-hacking" but survival. So this survival tool is skinned with pretty and approachable designs with a simple GUI interface, runs consistently accurate and is easy-to-use. As with *any* program that runs behind-the-scenes: watch for any data & battery drainage depending on various devices (phone models, tablets) & operating systems (Droid, IOS, Etc...). Have fun storming the castle! ;-)
